Cleaning and care

Washing

Our Maxime Blue Canvas Cushions can be washed either by hand with a light detergent, or pop them in the washing machine on a 30-40 degree cycle using non-biological washing detergent.

Allow to air dry naturally. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Microfibres

While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfibre shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibres.

These canvas-feel Maxime Cushions are stain-resistant, machine washable and great for indoor and outdoor use.

Perfect for pet owners, red wine lovers and beachgoers too, our cushions are mould-resistant and easy to clean with removable covers that can simply be popped in the washing machine. Moths won't eat them and dust mites won't live in them, so they are great for allergy sufferers as well.

The only difference between our amazing canvas fabric and the traditional cotton version is that ours is made entirely from recycled plastic yarn. The result is a beautiful, soft and sturdy canvas fabric that ages brilliantly, is resistant to water and stains, and can be machine washed to restore it's full glory.
